Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The item must be in good, resalable condition
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
Perishable goods, including herbal teas, herbs, spices, nuts, seeds, grains, and food products
Consumable items that have been opened or tampered with
Flammable or hazardous items (where applicable)
Sale or discounted items
Once these items have left our premises, they are considered final sale.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged for another product of equal value or higher (with the customer paying the difference).
Exchanges are only allowed if the product is unopened, unused, and in good condition.
We do not offer cash refunds for exchanges.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged during delivery
Defective
Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Chizya Organics is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
